Shipping Policy

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, which must be the customer's home address or the address of any other individual of the customer's choice.

Our items are delivered within 14 days, except to personalised products that should be delivered  from 24 to 60 days depending on the manufacturing delays at the order and the final destination.
Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.
In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that he/she has communicated exact and exhaustive information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. The website cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delay in delivery that is not of its making or for the loss of any shipment.
Delivery is free for all orders equal or superior to 250€.
At the reception, the customer must check the conformity of the parcel, of the order. In the event of nonconformity, the customer must report the problem within 48 hours via or by phone at +33 616912763. Failing this, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the item and the apparent defects will be at his expense. The package possibly refused and reported within the time limit, must be returned to the headquarters of the company Isenji Production: 2 rue Jules Ferry 95880 Enghien-les-bains with all items concerned and that, in its original packaging.
The customer ensures the accessibility of the place of delivery. If the delivery is not possible because of a problem of access that the customer will not have brought to the knowledge of Isenjiproduction at the time of the order and that the parcel is sent back directly, the customer will support only the expenses of presentation of the carrier as well as the expenses of return. These will be deducted directly from the amount of the order refunded to the Customer. If the delivery is operated by a carrier in the absence of the customer, a notice of passage is left. The instructions to follow to recover the parcel are mentioned on this notice. Isenji Production can not be held responsible for misinterpretation or non-compliance with these instructions.

the customer acknowledges that in case of pre-order, the delivery time will be extended from 1 week to 3 months maximum.

The individual customer has a right of withdrawal, which he can exercise without reason, within 14 days from the delivery of the order of a product which will be exercised by returning at its expense of new products (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged) accompanied by the order number to the following address

The site will reimburse the Customer any amounts already paid, less any shipping costs.


Refunds for products will be made by the website within a maximum of 30 days of receipt of said products. The refund will be carried out according to the same mode of payment chosen by the customer at the time of its order.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to the purchaser as soon as the purchase has been shipped. Micheledeyawe will provide tracking numbers within the shipment notification email when the order has left  distribution center.

Isenji production does not offer returns at this time.
